Suitability: Let us know how your character would function in an explicitly sexy fantasy land. How would they take the news? How would they adapt? How would they treat the people around them?
Liquid will be quite shocked to know that he's been transported back in time to a land where sex is part of everyday life. He's never been one to indulge in having sex with anyone, since his lifelong mission of revenge against his family members has taken over his life. Mainly his twin brother, Solid, and his father, Big Boss. His sex life is almost none existent at the moment, due to his work commitments. Liquid is a rather reserved individual regarding sex and scenarios of the like, so it'll be interesting to see how he'll adapt to the environment and mix with the other residents.
He'll probably end up partaking in sex since he doesn't really have a choice, yet he'll probably begrudge taking orders from the Mistress or anyone else. If Liquid wants to share his body with anyone, it'll have to be for a good reason, since he's rather picky about partners. As for others around him, he'll probably try to gain power through people, as he's got quite an inflated ego at the best of times. He's a leader of men back home, so becoming more powerful than others is something he's used to. If it meant having sex with someone to gain information or possibly access to the Mistress he'd do it, since he'd aim to challenge her power over the kingdom.

Liquid was always an angry child. When he was younger he despised adult authority, due to the fact that he was taken away from his child soldiers in Africa by Venom Snake and the Diamond Dogs. He felt like a leader during his time in Africa; a Lord of the Flies if you like. His childhood behaviour is a contributing fact to how Liquid grew up to be the man he is today. A hatred of all adults when he was a child moved into pure rage and anger towards anyone who went against his authority. As a child Liquid even tried to stab at Venom Snake, believing him to be his father and an authoritative figure. His anger can often be seen when he is an adult also; the way he often flies off the handle if things go wrong. Men can die if Liquid's mood changes from good to bad.
Liquid firmly believes in what his genes tell him. This is because he understood that believing in this would somehow aid him to surpass his genetic destiny. The legacy of Big Boss. Liquid has always wanted to become a greater soldier than that of his father. Since being born with the recessive genes he feels that he has no choice but to follow what his heart is telling him, even if it is flawed logic. Since believing he is only a soldier, nothing else, he refuses to have people utter his real name. He never uses it himself, since he prefers his codename Liquid Snake. It feels more apt for the clone soldier that he is.
Compared to his twin brother Solid Snake, Liquid is a much different man. He shows a lack of compassion and loyalty towards his friends and allies, viewing them as pawns in a game at best. After seeing the FOXHOUND elite soldiers killed he felt no remorse but anger. He found them pathetic and useless and that they didn't fight hard enough. Psycho Mantis was Liquid's best friend from childhood. Even he wasn't spared Liquid's wrath and was forgotten about soon enough. It seems his anger and revenge completely eclipsed any feelings towards his friends he ever might have had. Yet, Liquid does have pride and honour in his blood. At the final battle between Solid Snake and himself he allowed his brother to duel him in a fist fight. He could have chosen to shoot him outright but he didn't. Instead, he allowed his brother to test his mettle by fist fighting atop of Metal Gear REX. This shows that Liquid isn't as cold-hearted as some may think.
Liquid is an incredibly skilled man where it comes to physical prowess and intelligence. When he was younger he became the youngest member of the Special Air Service, being able to parachute, rappel down walls, scuba dive and climb. As well as physical abilities Liquid could also drive military vehicles and pilot aircraft. Most young men his age wouldn't have been able to achieve such a feat. These skills mainly come down to Liquid's genes. Having Big Boss as his biological father aided Liquid in his development through puberty and beyond. When he was a child in Africa young Liquid managed to dodge and counter-attack Venom Snake's CQC moves, managing to evade his gunfire whilst pinning him to a wall with a chair. Liquid's IQ is 180. This gives him the ability to speak several languages including: English, Spanish, Malay and Arabic. He also knows some Afrikaans, since spending most of his childhood out in Africa.
Liquid is a master of disguise. He has no qualms in impersonating another to achieve his goals. This shows that he can often be manipulative and selfish in his goals. A good example of this is during the events of Shadow Moses. He disguised himself as Master Miller to trick Snake into thinking he was actually Master Miller. His abilities in deception include being able to put up another voice; in this case Master Miller's and to change his appearance. He stole Master Miller's sunglasses and used his deception to direct Solid Snake to unknowingly arm Metal Gear REX with the PAL key. As well as this attempt Liquid also had direct contact with Snake via the CODEC for the whole duration of the mission. He often gave advice regarding survival techniques during the mission. No doubt reading what Master Miller had written before his untimely death by Liquid's hand.
A charismatic leader, Liquid can be very manipulative, but is often also easily manipulated himself. He can figure out just what to say to get under people's skin, or at least try to. Liquid has a lot to say to his twin brother to try and convince him of how he is worse than Liquid is. It's not difficult to sway Liquid's way of thinking, either. The Shadow Moses revolution mainly happened because his teammate Ocelot (a master manipulator himself) managed to convince him it was a good idea, and even back in the Middle East he'd been easily brainwashed by his captors. Appeal to his emotions enough, and he might just find a new way of thinking about something.
Liquid is a very persistent man, no matter what situation throws itself at him. His catchphrase is "It's not over yet." He seems to live by that. Once he has a goal, he'll aim to reach it by any means necessary. The only thing that ultimately lead do Liquid's downfall was the FOXDIE virus, which caused to have a heart attack. Even after death he refused to give up; his spirit residing inside his right arm, which Ocelot attached to his own body, thus transferring Liquid's soul inside of him. The only thing that truly got rid of him was when Ocelot cut off his own arm, severing the link between him and Liquid's possessive soul.
Abilities/Weaknesses:
- Intelligence. Possessing an IQ of 180, Liquid can speak seven languages fluently, including English, Spanish, French, Malay, Arabic and Kikongo.
- Hand to hand fighter. Liquid is skilled at combat using his fists and also a knife, due to the fact that his biological father, Big Boss, used CQC on his opponents.
- Leadership. Liquid is a competent leader among men. This is shown during his time at Shadow Moses Island with the FOXHOUND unit, Ocelot being his second in command and the genome soldiers under his command.
- Strong endurance. As a child, he could take a lot punishment, including several CQC strike combos and slams from Venom Snake, but kept on fighting. As an adult his body is able to withstand the freezing temperatures of Alaska for several minutes with little clothing or protection. Hence the reason he never wears a shirt.
- Master of disguise. During the Shadow Moses event Liquid disguises himself as Master Miller, hoping to trick his brother into activating REX without Snake even knowing it was him.
- Adept pilot. Liquid showed his skill as a pilot whilst piloting a HIND D helicopter in a blizzard downing two F-16 fighter jets.
Weaknesses:
-The constant battle for revenge against his existence, encompassing his twin brother, Solid Snake and father, Big Boss. This seems to cloud his judgment in every decision he makes, thus aids to his ultimate downfall in the end.-
Liquid's life evolves around revenge against his twin brother, Solid Snake, and father, Big Boss. He believes he was born with all the recessive genes and that his brother given all the dominant genes. This causes him to unleash angry outbursts, often depicting him as a madman at times, bent on the destruction of his brother. He is prone to killing needlessly to get what he wants, even as far as killing his own men to satisfy his wants and gains. He doesn't give much for other people's lives, even those close to him, since his mind is warped with anger and hatred. Liquid often lets his ego get in the way of things, since he always tries to prove himself the better Snake.

Liquid never expected to wake up with the smell of what could only be described as a pig-farm mixed with the stench of old cloth and leather. Where he hell was he? It was then, he felt the realisation of what had just happened to him. He wasn't at Shadow Moses any longer. The piercing cold and draughty corridors no more.
Then, he felt the tightness below his belt, or where his military belt used to be. His eyes widened as he realised he was wearing a thong.
A bloody thong!
What the hell was going on? Who had decided to dress him up like some sort of BDSM sex slave and place him within a medieval backwards world? Irritation spread through him like a fire, mixed with shock and a feint realisation that he might be stuck within this hell hole. No. Not him. He would get out.
He wondered where the hell his clothes and weapons had gone to, as he stared down at his new attire. Then, he remembered something else burnt into his skin.
A tattoo.
Why on earth did he even need this? He was no slave! Yet, it seemed he didn't have much choice in the matter. Now, it seemed, he had two tattoos on his body.

This was a couple of hours ago and Liquid had come to the realisation of what was happening. The Mistress had marked him as her own and dressed him in clothes that were meant to symbolise his duties as a guard within the world. After the initial shock of being taken from his own world, he had calmed down a little but was still angry, always angry at being made a fool of.
"You may have power over this land and treat your people like pawns, yet I am not one. Just to let you know."
He growled funnelling his angry words towards the nearest open window within the barracks. Yes, he was pissed but he had to think. As always, he would triumph one way or another and possibly please the Mistress to allow her to favour him. That might work? Maybe one day. Then, he could leave. That was the plan anyway.
